Christine Nikander is experienced in the drafting and negotiation of IP licensing agreements for multinational companies, social enterprises and young start-ups. Similarly, she also has experience with the drafting of company-internal policies and third party clauses to manage and protect IP rights.


Christine has also drafted the corporate social responsibility clauses and ethical guidelines for a number of enterprises. She has drafted the CSR, ESG and ethical provisions for a number of social enterprises. Given her training in public law and her experience as a corporate lawyer, this is something that she is well-equipped to do.
